The TSEFI Kenya Job Skills Training Center, launched in January 2026, is a foundational initiative designed to equip teen mothers with practical, income-generating skills that create immediate pathways to stability and independence.
Through a structured 9-month program, participants receive hands-on training in cosmetology, hair care, and basic computer skills—high-demand areas that position them to secure employment or begin generating income upon completion.
Currently serving 11 teen mothers, the center operates as a high-impact, skill-building environment where dignity is preserved and potential is developed with intention.
A monthly investment of $90 fully sponsors one participant, Monday through Friday from 8 am - 4 pm—providing the training, tools, lunch, childcare, and structured support needed to move from uncertainty to sustainable income.
But this center is more than a training program.
It is a prototype for global expansion—a living model of what becomes possible when dignity is paired with structure, and potential is met with opportunity.
Each young mother is not seen as a statistic, but as a future builder—equipped to provide for her child, contribute to her community, and reshape her legacy.

The Bundles of Joy Program (Ghana), launched in February 2026, is a 9-month support initiative designed to stabilize and strengthen teen mothers during one of the most critical seasons of their lives—early motherhood.
Each month, participating mothers receive thoughtfully prepared newborn care packages that meet essential needs, paired with ongoing coaching that develops decision-making, self-confidence, and future-focused life planning.
This is not just about providing supplies.
It’s about building capacity—equipping each young woman to think clearly, lead herself well, and create a stable foundation for both her life and her child’s future.
Currently serving five teen mothers, the program offers a deeply personal, high-touch model of support that demonstrates what becomes possible when consistent care meets intentional guidance.
A monthly investment of $30 fully supports one mother and her newborn—providing both the tangible resources and the developmental coaching needed to interrupt cycles and establish new trajectories.
