Return and Refund Policy

There are no returns or refunds on any digital products or services sold on our website.

Only exchanges are allowed for physical (tangible) products if the following criteria is met:

You contact customer service via email at info@tsefi.org within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Indicate in your email the reason for the exchange (e.g., condition of the product you received such as damaged or wrong product)
Product is returned to seller within 21 days from the date of purchase.

No refunds on physical products, only exchanges as noted above.
